We let you browse our catalog, configure parts, and request quotes. Pricing displayed during configuration is an estimate. Final pricing is confirmed in the formal quote our team sends back to you.

Submitting a quote request creates a request, not a binding order. We'll review your request and respond with a firm quote, expected lead time, and freight. An order isn't placed until we exchange a written confirmation.

Quotes are valid through the expiration date listed. Material availability and lead times can shift; the firm quote we send back will reflect what's currently true. Sales tax applies where required by law.

Drawings, sketches, and specifications you upload are used to quote and produce your custom parts. You represent that you have the right to share those materials with us. Fabricated parts are non-returnable once production has started.

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility. Tell us right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Don't use the site to do anything illegal, violate anyone's rights, or disrupt the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the site.

The website is provided "as is." We don't warrant that every catalog detail is error-free or that the site will always be available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the order at issue (or, if there's no order, $100).

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Amero Steel Supply is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of- laws principles.
